Pontillo`s Pizza & Pasta in Canandaigua

Great choice of pizza by the slice at lunchtime. Friendly staff and good prices that don't break the bank. Sodas are only a dollar. I usually get their pizza but I know they also make an awesome sub

Very nasty pizza paid 35$ for a large n 10 wings. Though it was in a timely manner the slices were not cut,sauce n cheese every where. Staff were kind but regret giving 7$ tip equal to 42$ for that.This one is located in greece...don't bother going

I have to agree with most of these people for some unknown reason this Pontillos just isn’t good...the one on Park Avenue was delicious the one that had rats but they could still make a damn good pizza. That one is closed now

So disappointed!!! We ordered a speciality pizza that came incorrect, not sliced and cold. The wings are sitting in 2 inches of oil/grease with a dash of sauce. This makes them soggy and gross. The entire meal was inedible, wait the sprite was great. We called to explain the meal and the kid who answered could not have cared less.He was like ok. Finally he said we try our best. I said were not able to eat this meal. He uhhh and hmmm'd a lot then said he would give us a credit. I explained that I would not be ordering from them again especially after this exchange. I never once swore or was mean to the staff. Never order from here they don't care about your experience.

After you order from here, you better call back to repeat your order and then call a third time just to make sure they have it correct. For whatever reason this particular Pontillos just can’t get orders right.

Just received what you call “pizza” from Pontillos in Brighton and the order was incorrect. Called them and the manager on duty could of cared less! If you want good pizza and correct delivery don’t order from this Pontillos.
